Biography
Veronica Vurgarellis has more than 20 years’ litigation experience in the courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums and has right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
She provides specialist advice to state entities and private entities in respect of administrative law disputes including tender disputes, applications in terms of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, advice in respect of The Public Finance Management Act, the Promotion of Access to Information Act and the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act.
Veronica acts on behalf of owners, engineers and project managers in construction disputes, and on behalf of financial institutions, corporate entities, insurance companies and shareholders in shareholder disputes and other commercial disputes.
